This 6 month programme focuses on mastering kicks for competition, personal development and screen fighting. The kicks you will learn are derived from a variety of martial arts including Hapkido, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. You will not only learn the techniques of each kick but also the often missed strength and conditioning you need to focus on to have great kicks. Including mobility, flexible and building strength in the key muscles associated with a solid kicking foundation.
